(Grandson): “Look Grampa…a flock of geese flying in a ‘V’ formation! We learned about that in school.”
(Grandpa): “Oh, yeah?”
(Grandson): “Yeah. Do you know why one side of the ‘V’ is longer than the other side?”
(Grandpa): “Well, it probably has something to do with the pecking order of the geese or maybe aerodynamics.”
(Grandson): “No. It’s because there are more geese on that side.”

I, like a lot of adults, I suppose, tend to over-think things and see the need to analyze everything.
Sometimes the most correct answer is the obvious one.
Children get it.
